Description
This special Mezuzah case is designed by Israeli artist Ester Shahaf. Shahaf successfully combines her fine enamel work with ancient Jewish motifs. Made of Pewter, the Mezuzah case is hand painted with acrylic resins, decorated with Swarovski crystals, brass and copper accents. At the heart of the Mezuzah appears the Hamsa Hand, a traditional sign of protectionthe. Above appears the Hebrew letter Shin. The letter Shin stands for one of God's many sacred acronyms and for "Shomer Dlatot Israel", which means the protector of our gates. Ester Shahaf's works bring together oriental and western influences to create her unique signature look. This beautiful golden Mezuzah makes a lovely gift for anniversaries and weddings.
