Ester Shahaf Unique Hand Crafted Judaica from Israel
Ester Shahaf is a graduate of Tel Aviv University in theater and costume design. Drawing her inspiration from her sorroundings, Ester recides and creates in the picturesque town of Binyamina, integrating all the different cultures of our region. Combining orient with nouveau, mediterranian with modern and bringing up in colour and style all the exotic herritage that makes this land and people so enchanting. Ester uses in her work a blend of materials to even the contrasts. The soft and warm wood blends with the clean, smooth metal, as well as shiny crystals rest on satin vivid colours. Each piece is individually hand crafted,using pewter,silver,brass and Swarovski cristals. Ester Shahaf judaica creations are displayed in museum shops and top art-shops in Israel and the United States.
