What a wonderful mezuzah by Ester Shahaf! The Israeli Judaica and jewelry designer Shahaf has gained world-wide recognition for her creative eye and distinctive style. Made of  pewter, the mezuzah is hand-painted by the artist and beautifully covered with Swarovski crystals, brass and copper accents. At the top of the Mezuzah  appears the Hebrew letter Shin. The letter Shin stands for one of God's many sacred acronyms and for "Shomer Shomer Dlatot Israel", which means the protector of our gates. Below is the Star of David, known in Hebrew as the Shield of David or Magen David. And at the bottom - the Hamsa Hand. May this unique mezuzah bring blessing and peace upon your abode!
